行政院公平交易委員會96年8月23日第824次委員會議決議，有關全家便利商店股份有限公司擬與福客多商店股份有限公司結合乙案，其整體經濟利益大於限制競爭之不利益，爰依公平交易法第12條第1項規定，不禁止其結合。
公平會表示，全家便利商店股份有限公司（下稱全家公司）擬受讓福客多商店股份有限公司（下稱福客多公司）委任及特許加盟店之營業權，而福客多公司部分直 營店將以公司法人名義加盟全家公司，合致公平交易法第6條第1項第3款「受讓他事業主要部分之營業或財產」及第5款「直接或間接控制他事業之業務經營或人 事任免」規定之結合型態，另參與結合事業上一會計年度銷售金額，均已達公平交易法第11條第1項第3款規定之結合申報門檻，且無同法第11條之1規定除外 適用情形，爰依法提出結合申報。
公平會進一步指出，全家公司及福客多公司結合後於連鎖式便利商店市場占有率僅21.48％，故結合前後之市場 結構並無明顯變化，市場集中度亦無顯著劣化。復衡酌本案結合後，福客多公司不僅將可改善目前財務虧損及資金流動性不足之困境，亦可避免因必須結束現有店鋪 致上下游交易相對人減少交易之機會，且有助於全家公司充分發揮規模經濟效益並有效降低營運成本。因此，公平會認為，本案結合不致對市場競爭程度產生實質減 損之效果，其整體經濟利益大於限制競爭之不利益，爰依公平交易法第12條第1項規定，不禁止其結合。
永亨路與永貞路口那家福客多從我高三(7 years ago)開始就一直亮著, 離開一年後回來還發現他擴建了呢, 然而在三天前他完全性的熄燈了, 街角變得暗暗的不太習慣。
